Ted Waterman, General Contractor, has been in the commercial industry since 1982. He started as a general laborer for a commercial contractor. At that time, they specialized in the construction of Winn Dixie’s, Albertson’s, Office Depot and other various turn key projects. During his years of commercial construction experience, he has found that development of commercial facilities built with the idea of selling or leasing to an organization post construction, tends to leave large commercial areas vacant after the business evaluates their true needs and then contracts to have a commercial building made to their specifications. We believe in doing the job right the first time.
Ted has traveled the state of Florida overseeing commercial jobs. Our primary focus now in commercial construction has been Central Florida as we reside in Lake County, Florida. The towns in Lake County we build in include but are not limited to Astatula, Eustis, Howey-in-the-Hills, Leesburg, Minneola, Mount Dora, Tavares and Umatilla. We do build in other counties in the surrounding areas such as Sumter, Seminole, Orange, Marion Counties and the cities within.
